For all intent and purposes it is important to understand that these companies could care less about the consumer. I hope the FBI shows up at their front door and throws a few dozen of these
*** in federal prison for ripping the American company....how dare they use the word America in their logo.
Hang on and just be sure to harrass their phone people to the best of your ability. Cuss and scream back at them and see how they like it....always ask for a supervisor. I always tell the phone person I will call back later after the *** shift has ended.....they hate it.. Heap them with
insults and ask to speak with someone who can speak english. DONT repeat your property address to them...just your
loan number..***
