I realize that ASC has done a lot to make homeowners think that they caused them to fall behind and lose their homes. However you have to put blame where blame is due. Some of you don't realize that you fell behind because you failed to pay attention to what you were doing during your closing when you bought your homes.
You were so excited about buying a home, you failed to take the time to read your documents. If you took the time to read them you would know alot of the things that ASC does you agreed to. Now you want to put the blame on ASC when their not even the ones who gave you these messed up loans in the first place.
You knew you had an ajustable rate mortgage and you were responable for paying your taxes. So why would you get mad at a company for doing what they were suppose to do in the first place?
Yes, I had some bad experiences with ASC, but I know if I had done what I was suppose to do like the rest of you should have done we wouldn't be in this mess.
