i have been with america's scammers company since
2005.As a result of their help in loan modifications we had to file bankrupcy.Now here i am again try to modify my loan with asc again.After setting up a payment plan after our forth payment asc is demanding a $4000. payment in two weeks or face
foreclosure, while during my conversations with them I was told not to worry about that amount.
This company practices unfair and mis-leading tactics and must be reported to the state attorney.They must be held accountable. between the credit dept and loss mitigation,each dept does not communciate correctly,thus misleading and confusing a client.
